Custom Headboard Contest Rules

HOW TO ENTER
To enter the raffle, go to the Custom Headboard Designer choose your size, style, and create away. When you’re done, push the save button, enter your name and email address and you are officially entered.

The winner will be notified by email and via Facebook at the end of the contest. No purchase or payment of any kind is required to enter or win.

You can unsubscribe or request to be removed from our lists at any time.

By participating in the contest, each entrant agrees to abide by these official rules, including all eligibility requirements, and understands that the results of the contest, as determined by sponsor and its agents, are final in all respects. The contest is subject to all federal, state, and local laws and regulations and is void where prohibited by law.

ELIGIBILITY
The contest is open to US residents in the 48 continental states only. The contest sponsor has the right to verify the eligibility of each entrant. Hawaii and Alaska residents are not eligible.

Only one entry per person. A person is defined as a single individual (not email address).

CONTEST PERIOD
The Contest Period consists of a Submission Period (the “Submission Period”), one (1) week Voting Period (the “Voting Period”). All times are Arizona Mountain Standard Time.

Submission Period:
Start: March 13, 2021, 12:00 am PT
End: March 26, 2021, 5:00 pm PT

Voting Period:
Start: March 30, 2021, 12:00 am PT
End: April 6, 2021, 5:00 pm PT

Winner Announced:
April 7, 2021

The Contest begins Friday, March 13 and ends Friday, March 26, 5:00 pm. All submissions must be received on or before March 26, 2021 by 5:00 pm. Sponsor reserves the right to extend or shorten the contest at its sole discretion. The winner will be announced via email and on Facebook on Wednesday, April 7th.

SUBMISSION GUIDELINES
Each Submission should represent your own unique design of the headboard. Acceptable image types jpg, png, gif, or pdf. A Submission will be considered ineligible if, at the sole discretion of the sponsor, they do not clearly follow the applicable Contest Submission Guidelines as outlined in these Official Rules or if they contain language or images that are in any way threatening, abusive, offensive, defamatory, invasive of another’s privacy, in breach of confidence, embarrassing to any person or likely to deceive any person, hateful, blasphemous, pornographic, or racially, ethnically or otherwise objectionable or which constitutes or encourages conduct that would be considered a criminal offense or otherwise contrary to any law or appear contrary to the spirit of the Contest.

Entrant also warrants and represents that he or she consents to the Submission and use of the Submission in the Contest, and to the Sponsor using the Submission and posting the Entry on their Internet sites in connection with the Contest. Submission must be the original work of the person who submitted, created and uploaded it and that person guarantees that he or she is the author and copyright holder of the Submission. If any individuals other than the Entrant appear in the photo, the Entrant must have the permission of the individuals (or their parent’s or legal guardian’s permission if individuals are minors) to use their name and/or image in the Submission. Sponsor will not assist any Participant with the development or production of a Submission. By entering a Submission, each Participant represents and warrants that the Submission (i) does not infringe upon any other person’s or entity’s rights; and (ii) has not been submitted previously in a Contest of any kind. Submission must not contain any unauthorized third-party owned material such as, but not limited to, trademarks, logos, music, depictions of actors and the like. Additionally, Participant represents and warrants that he or she will not have and will not acquire any trademark rights, copyrights, or any other rights in or to Sponsor’s trademarks, trade names, logos or other intellectual property. Sponsor specifically reserves all its rights to protect its intellectual property against any infringement or other illegal or improper use.

All Submissions will not be returned or acknowledged. By submitting an entry, each Participant 1) warrants and represents that the Submission is entirely the original creation/work of the Participant and that use of the Submission as described herein will not violate any law or infringe upon the rights, title, claim or interest of any third party; and 2) certifies that Participant is the creator and sole copyright owner of the Submission.

WINNER SELECTION
Barn Walls will narrow the submissions down to the top 5 photos. The five selected photos will be posted to Facebook, where the Participants are invited to vote for their favorite custom headboard submission. The one with the most votes by 5:00 pm PT Tuesday, April 6, 2021 will be the winner.

ADDITIONAL LIMITATIONS
Sponsor and its respective parent, affiliate and subsidiary companies, agents, and representatives are not responsible for any typographical or other errors in the offer or administration of the contest, including, but not limited to, errors in any printing or posting of these official rules, the selection and announcement of any winner, or the distribution of any prize. Any attempt to damage the content or operation of this contest is unlawful and subject to possible legal action by Sponsor. Sponsor reserves the right to terminate, suspend, or amend the contest without notice.

PUBLICITY
By participating, each entrant grants sponsor permission to use his/her name, likeness, comments, and video/photo for publicity purposes without payment of additional consideration, except where prohibited by law.
